Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Bare by Vogue collection (intimate apparel)
  • Final sale items marked in our Bestsellers or Holiday Shop collections

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Please use our return request template below.
  2. Wait for approval – Our Glasgow team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return to our Glasgow address using a tracked service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for international returns).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange shipping costs will be calculated based on your new selection

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
